I recently listed a home for sale for one of my clients and Anders was the lender for the buyer. We ran into some unique appraisal conditions towards the end of our transaction and Anders went above and beyond to make sure that we would still close on time. He spent hours calling and emailing several governmental departments to try to get an answer that would satisfy the condition for the appraiser and the underwriters. He was finally able to get an answer that would work for all involved.
